Now What Do I Do?

Just look at what I'm being told.

Make an appointment with the house owner, be sure that you ask everything you want to know while you are with the owner. Ask things like, why they are selling and ask about the neighborhood is it safe?

Be respectful to the owner because you will have to work with him/her on the offer such as price of the house and what stays or goes with the house. Remember to be respectful and courteous all the times.

You will need help from a good attorney in your area of the house your buying. After all this you'll need to check out if the house is near everything you want in a neighborhood, now it is time to hire your attorney to look over the contract to make sure everything is correct.

There isn't near as many foreclosures in Utah as there was just a couple of years ago, but there is still plenty of them on  the market and even more coming on the market every day.

So what is a person to make of this when they our building houses like it is the boom of 10 years ago. My question to you is....our we headed for another bubble that is going to burst?

My crystal ball is not giving up that information very easily, however I have asked it more than a few times in the last year or so. I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens in the next few months, but my bet is on the market going down once again.
